Us
The Newdell Company was established in 1999 as an industrial manufacturer and wholesaler of valves used in the petrochemical, chemical, and refinery markets. It is currently privately held with its headquarters in Houston,
Texas.
The Newdell Company is the exclusive North American distributor for PK (Pan Korea) industrial valves. PK has been producing API 600, API 603 and ASME/ANSI B16.34 valves since 1946. As the result PK has become one of the primer industrial cast and stainless valve
manufacturers. The Newdell Company maintains inventory (in our Houston, Texas warehouse) of a broad range of commodity items as well as special materials including WCB/316 trim nace, LCC/316 trim nace, WC6, and C5.
The Newdell Company purchased the Smith Forged Steel valve line from Anvil International in March of 2000. The acquisition included all inventories of finished valves, all parts inventories, all designs and technical documents and records, equipment and assembly machines, trademarks, etc. We moved production of the Smith product to northern Italy. We continue to produce Smith Valves in strict accordance with the original Smith designs and specifications, using the same primary forging supplier used by Smith for many years. We maintain an extensive inventory of Smith valves in Houston Texas.
